2015 chevy cruze water pump|Possible Water Pump Failure?,brazil nudists

To start, vehicle is a 2015 Cruze LT with the 1.4 Turbo, approx 154,000 miles. About a year or year and a half ago I had my water pump replaced at a local reputable shop. Seems like ever since then, my pump fails within a couple months or 4k miles. Every single time I am told the weep hole is leaking on the pump.
